purchase, apply for a job, communicate with us via third party social media

(such as purchase history), professional or employment-related and education

1.2 Information Collected Automatically Through the Services
and Visits to Our Stores
When you access or use our Services or transact business with us, we

• Identifiers: IP address, Internet service provider (ISP), mobile advertising ID,
media access control (MAC) address, the type of mobile device you use,
temporary or persistent unique device identifiers (sometimes called UDID),
and identifiers associated with browser cookies, web beacons, and similar

• Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: Browser type,
language, operating system, referring web page, pages visited, hyperlinks
clicked, and general usage data.
• Commercial Information: Purchase history and transactional details, such as
product details, purchase price, and date and location of transactions.
• Geolocation Information: Approximate location derived from IP address, or
precise location information if permissions allow.
In addition, when you access or use the Atlantis Rewards mobile application,
we may collect certain device-related information, including but not limited to
device identifiers (such as device ID), operating system type and version (e.g.,
iOS or Android), hardware model, device type, and other related technical
attributes. This information is collected, retained, and processed for the
legitimate business purposes of maintaining security, detecting and
preventing fraudulent activity, and ensuring the integrity of our Services.
1.3 Information Collected From Other Sources
We may also obtain information about you from other sources, such as
identity verification services, credit bureaus, mailing list providers, joint
marketing partners, social media platforms, people with whom you are
connected, and publicly available sources. If you connect a social media
account to your account, certain profile information may be shared with us.
We may combine such information with data we collect directly.
1.4 Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking
Technology
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking
technologies to collect information, improve Services, measure performance,
and deliver targeted content. Web beacons may also be used in emails to
measure effectiveness. You may control or disable cookies through your
browser settings.

Atlantis Fresh Market uses the information we collect for purposes including
providing, maintaining, and improving Services or the Program; sending

Our Services are intended for general audiences and not directed to
individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from
children under 13. Certain Services or promotions may have higher age
restrictions, which will be specified in applicable terms.

The Services may include social sharing features, governed by the policies of
the third-party providers.
6. Links to Third Party Sites
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible
for the privacy practices or content of such third-party sites.

9. Do Not Track Signals
Atlantis Fresh Market does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser
signals due to the lack of an industry standard. We will evaluate adoption
once such a standard exists and is approved.

request deletion, subject to legal or business requirements.
10.2 Location Information: You may disable location collection through your
device settings or uninstall the Apps.
10.3 Cookies: You may disable cookies via browser settings, though Services
functionality may be affected.
10.4 Communications with Atlantis Fresh Market: You may opt out of
marketing communications by following instructions provided in our
messages.
10.5 Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts: You may disable notifications via device
settings.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information,
though no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining
the security of your account credentials.
